Led by the arrival of global hospitality and lifestyle brands seeking a foothold in the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Miami’s luxury preconstruction condo market continues to make waves. Among April’s most notable announcements was Anantara’s U.S. debut, adding another internationally recognized luxury-hospitality name to Miami’s growing branded-condo landscape.
Last month also saw several high-end sales launches, including Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s in the Design District, DUOS Wynwood, and One Twenty Brickell Signature Residences. Each project reflects a distinct interpretation of luxury living informed by the character and lifestyle of its neighborhood.
Miami’s redevelopment wave further intensified as developers pursued aging condominium sites to meet the ongoing demand for luxury waterfront residences. Read on for comprehensive updates in our May 2026 Miami condo preconstruction report.

The Well in Bay Harbor Islands

Owners can now start moving into their The Well-branded homes in Bay Harbor Islands, as Terra Group secured the project’s Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) this April. The developer also announced that the building’s wellness-focused club will open later this summer, following Miami’s recent trend of health-forward condos. GoldenGood Market + Eatery, an evolution of Key Biscayne’s beloved The Golden Hog, will be arriving next year as the building’s ground-level retail store.
