— Miami Preconstruction Condos: Completed

The Well in Bay Harbor Islands

Owners can now start moving into their The Well-branded homes in Bay Harbor Islands, as Terra Group secured the project’s Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) this April. The developer also announced that the building’s wellness-focused club will open later this summer, following Miami’s recent trend of health-forward condos. GoldenGood Market + Eatery, an evolution of Key Biscayne’s beloved The Golden Hog, will be arriving next year as the building’s ground-level retail store.

Designed by Arquitectonica, the 66-unit mid-rise prioritizes sustainability and has a Florida Green Building certification. Residences feature interiors by New York-based Meyer Davis Studio, Kore Workstation Kitchen Sinks, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a built-in wine fridge, rain showers, and stone floors in the primary bath. Light-filled layouts, aromatherapy diffusers, and a meditation corner create a deeply restorative environment in each home.

Among the 8-story building’s wellness-centered amenities are Miami’s first caldarium, a high-end fitness center, a halotherapy steam room, IV vitamin therapy, a Cold Dip experience, restorative water features, and wellness products provided by THE WELL practitioners.

Additional offerings include a private beach club, a rooftop pool deck with summer kitchen, a 4,000-square-foot restaurant specializing in organic and sustainable dining, a cozy reading room and tea lounge, dedicated children’s programming and wellness activities, access to the latest tech in THE WELL Locker, coworking spaces, and an electric house car. The development also has a four-story building featuring 102,000 square feet of office space, which is now almost fully leased.

Prices at The Well, Bay Harbor Islands start at $1.5 million, with a choice of one- to three-bedroom residences. Contact us to explore available units at this move-in-ready address.

The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami

Marking Midtown’s first new condo development in about seven years, The Standard Residences secured its TCO this April. Developers Rosso Development, Hyatt, and Midtown Development are now moving forward with closings at this residential-only building.

Designed by Arquitectonica, The Standard Residences stands 12 stories tall with 228 luxury residences. Units range from 432 to 965 square feet, with studio to two-bedroom layouts. Despite its partnership with the New York-based hospitality brand, the building does not include a hotel
